The Trubamboo™ Carving Board features a wide grain, solid caramelized finish that is achieved by steaming the bamboo slats. This steaming process utilizes the natural sugars within the bamboo stalk to “caramelize” the bamboo to give it a classic look. This carving board also features a deep center grooved platform for carving meats and poultry. This groove stabilizes roasts while carving and also has a deep juice-well groove that collects the juices while carving.  The Trubamboo Carving Board has been referred to as “The Holiday Board” because it’s ideal for holiday dinners and makes a great gift.
